Many advanced arm balances require a combination of strength, flexibility, patience, and consistent practice and often the biggest challenge is simply knowing where to begin.
Together, we’ll break these postures down step-by-step through targeted drills, mobility work, conditioning, and progressive techniques designed to support every level of practitioner.
Beginning with a full-body warm up, we’ll move into focused preparation exercises before exploring the mechanics, transitions, entries, and safe exits of a variety of arm balances.
