Depth. Stillness. The Art of Holding Space.

Step away from the noise and into a week devoted to the quieter dimensions of practice.

The Stillness is an immersive 100-hour advanced training and retreat exploring yin yoga, meditation, sound healing and nervous system awareness designed for teachers and practitioners ready to slow down, listen more deeply and expand their capacity to hold space for others.

Through practice, study, ritual and spacious moments of integration, you’ll learn to guide experiences that move beyond the physical — inviting your students into deeper states of rest, presence, connection and transformation.

This is not simply about learning more techniques. It is about refining your presence.

Learning when to guide and when to become quiet.
When to offer and when to allow.
How to create the conditions for another person to soften, feel and return to themselves.
