As a Yoga Retreat Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and facilitating rejuvenating and transformative yoga retreat experiences for participants. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retreat planning, including logistics, scheduling, communication, and participant satisfaction. Your passion for yoga, attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills will ensure that each retreat runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact on participants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Retreat Planning:

    • Collaborate with local vendors and organise retreat itineraries.

    • Assist with coordinating transportation, accommodations, and meals for participants and staff.

    • Curate and organise retreat gift bags

  2. Participant Communication:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for participants, providing timely and helpful information about the retreat.

    • Communicate retreat details, schedules, and packing lists to participants before the retreat begins.

    • Address participant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  3. On-Site Coordination:

    • Oversee on-site logistics during the retreat, including check-in, orientation, and daily schedules.

    • Manage any unforeseen issues or challenges that arise during the retreat, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.

    • Assist Yuki and Nick to facilitate workshops, classes, and excursions according to the retreat itinerary.

  4. Content Creation:

    • Find local media to capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the retreat.

    • Document key moments, activities, and participant experiences.

    • Ensure content reflects the retreat's atmosphere and values.

  5. Participant Support:

    • Provide personalised support to participants throughout the retreat, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participants to connect with each other and deepen their yoga practice.

    • Offer guidance and assistance to participants who may need additional support or accommodations.

  6. Post-Retreat Follow-Up:

    • Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the success of the retreat and identify areas for improvement.

    • Follow up with participants to express gratitude and maintain relationships for future retreats.

    • Assist with any post-retreat administrative tasks.

You may bring a guest to share your room for $1500AUD. Alternatively you will be sharing the room with another retreat guest of the same sex.
